At Brilliant Metals Company, we understand the importance of being able to try our products before making a purchase. Therefore, we offer free samples to our customers, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Free Sample Offer: Customers are eligible to receive one free sample of our products. The sample size for regular products is 4″x6″ (100x150mm). For heavy or flexible products, the sample size will be negotiated with the customer or determined based on the situation. The sample will be provided at no cost, but customers are responsible for covering the shipping charges associated with the sample delivery.
- Additional Samples: If a customer wishes to request more than one sample, additional sample fees will apply. These fees will be communicated to the customer upon their request and must be paid before the samples are shipped.
- Sample Availability: Free samples are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the number of free samples provided to each customer based on availability and other factors.
- Shipping Timeliness: Samples will be shipped via international express within 7 days after the customer pays for the shipping charges. Customers will be provided with tracking information once the samples are dispatched.
- Refund: Upon placing a formal order with Brilliant Metals, all sample fees and shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. The refund will be processed as a credit towards the customer’s order total.
- How to Request a Free Sample: Customers can request a free sample by contacting our customer support team through submitting a contact form or our Email sales@brilliant-metals.com. Please provide your name, phone number, shipping address, and the product you would like to receive as a sample.
